Step 1: Organizing Diagnostic
The first stop in any program is our Organizing Diagnostic.
An Organizing Diagnostic is an intensive 2-hour session where we will discuss your organizing goals and current challenges. Identifying your pain points will help us create an Organizing Action Plan that is customized specifically to your lifestyle.
Whether you’re overrun with physical clutter, unsure of the best products for your needs, or simply don’t have the time to get everything done, identifying the root of the problem and finding a solution is our expertise.
After the completion of the session we’ll provide you with a detailed written plan filled with information and resources to help remove the stress of getting organized. You can choose to execute it yourself or opt for step two: Our Full Service Organizing.
Step 2: Full Service Organizing
Our full service organizing program is our premier organizing service.
After the completion of your organizing diagnostic, many clients still feel overwhelmed at the prospect of tackling their project. We completely take the guesswork out of your organizing needs as the SBO team of professional organizers work with you to execute each step in the process. We work in 4 hour session blocks with 2-3 professional organizers on-site depending on the size and scope of the project. The average project is completed in 3-5 sessions.
Below is a sampling of what is included:
- Sorting/Purging/Re-zoning all household items
- Room design and layout
- Research, shopping and product recommendations for all areas in need of organizing tools.
- Coordination of all scheduling of donation pick ups
- Implementation of easy to follow organizing systems for long term maintenance
- Unlimited texts, emails and phone calls in-between sessions
Step 3: Maintenance
Getting organized is one thing, staying organized is another. At SBO it’s our goal to set you on a path for long term maintenance, but let’s face it, life gets busy and sometimes we need some help to get us back on track. The SBO maintenance program was designed for just that!

Maybe clutter is not your issue. Sometimes we struggle with maximizing our space to the best of its potential. After assessing your needs our skilled team will work with you to design the best layout for your space. Whether you are moving, considering a renovation or simply looking for the best way to maximize your space, we can help. We partner with a variety of skilled contractors, carpenters, and cabinet/closet companies and can not only design your space, but recommend the right solution for your needs.
